Terms of Use
- All prices quoted are in euros, per room, per night and include all taxes
- One child per room, sleeping in crib is not charged ( up 2 years old )
- Pets are not allowed ( lack of required specifications ).
Terms of Payment
- In order to confirm the reservation, you have to make a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your booking. You have to settle up the remaining amount on the date of your check in.
- Credit cards (visa and mastercard ) are accepted
- Personal checks are not accepted
- Bank details upon request.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% of the deposit is refunded for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the arranged check in date.
- 50% of the deposit is refunded for cancellations made 30-0 days prior to the arranged check in date.
- In case of earlier departure, there will be a 50% charge of the remaining amount of the total nights of the reservation.
- In case of no-show, there is a 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation.
- In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions or unexpected cancellation of your boat trip there will be a 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation.
